On October 7th Germany’s iconic housemusic outfit Milk & Sugar returns with the 2022 edition of his hugely popular compilation series - House Nation Ibiza, and announces details of the first House Nation showcase at this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event.
House Nation Ibiza 2022 promises to be the biggest release in the series so far – representing the musical flair of the White Isle in two massive mixes featuring some of the best DJs and artists of the moment. Mix one, "House Nation" combines big room house productions from the likes of Purple Disco Machine, Claptone, Mark Knight, David Penn, Todd Terry, CASSIMM, Earth N Days and more, whilst mix two, "Love Nation", delivers a much deeper set from acts such as Tube & Berger, Lexer, Franky Rizardo, Gorge or Nick Curly. House Nation Ibiza 2022 is an irresistible collection of killer house anthems all mixed and compiled by Milk & Sugar - the perfect soundtrack to this Ibiza season’s final.
The House Nation Ibiza compilations have been an extremely successful series for the label with previous releases hitting Number 1 on the iTunes Electronic Chart and the Top 10 in the main charts. And for the first time Milk & Sugar will be launching the new compilation with a very special label showcase session at Amsterdam Dance Event. Taking over Bar Twenty Two from 10pm until 4am on Thursday, October 20th, Milk and Sugar will be on the decks alongside a ton of other DJs who’ve released and featured on the iconic label including Alaia & Gallo, CASSIMM, Mattei & Omich, Marvin Aloys, Ron Carroll + more.
Milk & Sugar: “After two years of pandemic it felt right to do return with a showcase for the label and what better place than at ADE in Amsterdam. My vision of house music is a good fit into the ADE programme and I’m looking forward to celebrating the release of my new compilation and playing alongside some of my favourite artists from the label. There’ll be some surprise guests on the night too.”
