JOMAQ, aka João Queiroz, is a Brazilian DJ/producer who began his musical studies at the age of 11 as a trumpeter. Electronic music has always been close to his heart, so in 2012, he tried himself as a DJ, and a few years later, he took the plunge into production work. Leaving his hometown, he relocated to São Paulo to pursue his dreams. The hard work quickly paid off. Recently, JOMAQ presented several outstanding productions to the public, which caught the attention of renowned house labels. His tracks have been featured on labels like Wh0 Plays, HouseU, and Ovrdose. Many world-class DJs, including Jack Back, Oliver Heldens, and CID, have supported JOMAQ's creations in their sets. This time, his collaboration partner is Milton Shadow, who hails from France. The emerging producer started exploring electronic music at a young age and was greatly influenced by the classic house records popular in the 90s and early 2000s. In this year, he reimagined the Milton Shadow project, aiming to blend the classic house genre he loves with a modern sound, allowing him to find his own voice. The two talented producers now present a fantastic collaboration at House Heads titled "The Rhythm." Dynamic beats and a strong bassline provide an excellent foundation for the track, which received a well-crafted arrangement, quality house synths, clever solutions, and a touch of vocals in "The Rhythm."
