The two musical mega forces and good friends Marbs and Andreas Henneberg join forces to give us the start to 2024 that we deserve. Both artists are known for their diverse soundscapes and impactful productions. Their last collaboration, the mesmerizing "Transantlantic EP" made a big splash on Katermukke and it was just a matter of time before these two would release music together again. This time we are happy to see their new tune released on Marbs' own imprint Desert Hearts Black.

"Waiting For The Sunshine" is a driving tune that immediately sets the tone with a heavy hitting groove. The on point drum work boulders forward while vocal cuts, whipping hats and dark synths build up tension towards the break. It all breaks down gently when meeting the tender and dreamy vocals, before an alarming synth leads us into the wild drop. While tooly and highly functional, the track carries a lot of layers.
