Coco Steel & Lovebomb was a concept group created by Chris Coco in the early 90s. Their first single "Feel It" was a reflection of, and a big hit in, his resident DJ slots at the Coco Club at the Zap in Brighton that ran from 89-94. They made an album for Warp Records called "It" and later two albums of experimental sampled electronica for A Man Called Adam's Other Records, which included the popular track Yachts, which was recently a viral hit on Insta in Mexico.

In 2014 they returned with a CD release simply entitled The Chill Out Album, then disappeared again until… Now.

Disappear has a small batch of new material from Coco Steel & Lovebomb that will culminate in a new album called After Hours, out some time in 2024. Here is the Second track from it, a slo-mo, bass heavy tribal groove inspired by a trip to Berghain, with a fierce bassline that echoes CSL's 90s origins, and plenty of exotic bird sounds floating around the electronic percussion.

There's a short version (Trailer) for the streamers and a longer take (Director's Cut) for clubs and after-parties.
