Oral Deep

Oral Deep has been around for quite a while now, and surely you must have heard some of their productions like their remix of Nkokhi feat. BotsheloHuma - Something New; or the divine remix of - Watsh' Umama by AnelisaBlom; or maybe Cornelius feat. Noxman - Giving you all I got (Oral Deep Poisoned Mix); Monocles & Slezz - Umba Kayo (Oral Deep Mix); Deep City Central - Strange Feelings (Oral Deep Mix); Suges feat. Michael Dave Dizon - I'll be There (Oral Deep African Love Affair Mix); to mention the least (All Available on traxsource.com); If you have never heard any of these before then come 20th August you are going to be blown away.
20th August 2013 is the official release date of their new project (After A Dream on The Edge), Ndizobuyel'eKhaya featuring the sultry voice of a beautiful and talented young lady from the Western Cape, Anelisa Blom (See Watsh'Umama EP on traxsource). The host of brilliant remixes from likes of Deep City Central, Manfee MK Clive, Denz Devarez (Nederlands), Cornelius,Kosha Roots, Sacred Soul to mention the least along with the 'nothing short of brilliance' main mix truly make this release a must have.
The EP contains a similar but better sound to Soulful House music as it's known today, and after the first beat of the main mix song, you want to go onto Virtual DJ and infuse it with other productions in the house scene, specifically, Mzee Feat Oluhle'sZvinosiririsa(Manoo's Remix). There are plenty of moments on Ndizobuyel'eKhaya EP that recall past Oral Deep works, with the crunching bass and metallic synth shakers immediately reminiscent of African beats and drums.
The song, written by Anelisa Blom, and produced by Oral Deep (Legae Nkoane and Cula Thlaku) is a song about a child going home, to show the parents/elders what she has achieved through hard work, determination and God given talent, not only that but also to show humility and give thanks for all the lessons that made her the person she is today. The EP comes well enough just days after Oral Deep's 6th year Anniversary since they started producing house music on the underground scene.
