- From the very start Phonic Funk was truly inspired by the Funk. The Motown sound was the driving force behind his initial productions, which then grew into Phonic's now distinguishable style we known and love. Performing with the likes of John Acquaviva, Roog, Laidback Luke and Fedde Le Grand gave him the platform to express his musical abilities; which in turn moulded him the sound producer of today. Vocalist Max'C shot to fame after a chance meeting with Axwell in 2006, where the DJ passed on a track for Max to lay down some lyrics. This song became the smash hit single I Found U which blew up on Radio1 in the UK and shot up the official UK top 10 chart. Now Max is on his way to being one of the most sought after vocalist for hit labels and DJ/producers such as ?David Guetta, Axwell, StoneBridge, Laidback Luke, Chris Kaeser, Antoine Clamaran, Prok & Fitch, Nari & Milani, Connected, Hed Kandi and many many more?
