DARREN SOMERVILLE

Born in England and raised in Brisbane, Darren Somerville has a solid knowledge over a vast range of music with a reputation for providing quality house and disco tunes for all to enjoy poolside, lounge or club.

Darren first started his DJ career while selling records at the local record store on the Gold Coast, Victory Music; a must stop on any touring DJ's list and a hub for locals to grab the latest in house, funk and raregroove.

On a mission to further his Musical knowledge Darren went on to complete a Bachelor of Popular Music Through The Queensland Conservatorium of music in conjunction with Griffith university.

He produces original tracks, edits and cheeky bootlegs in House, Nu Disco, Deep House and more.

From the Rooftop bars to the clubs Darren keeps the crowd entertained with his diverse musical knowledge and charismatic performances that can also include his live performances on percussion, guitar, drums, Keys and samplers.
