Akeem Raphael is a rising star in the electronic music scene, known for infusing his live experiences into a fresh and innovative sound. As a self-taught drummer, bassist, producer, and DJ, Akeem burst onto the scene in 2021 with his debut EP, securing a #1 spot on Juno Download. Since then, he has achieved remarkable success, with over 50 top 100 tracks and more than 15 top 10 tracks on another download site, Traxsource, and Juno Download.

With over 400 gigs to his name, Akeem has captivated audiences across Nottingham and beyond, performing at renowned venues such as Box, Rock City, Rescue Rooms and Rave Bunker Distrikt. His musical journey has taken him as far as Germany, where he has graced the stages of local festivals. Akeem's signature funk-infused sound has earned him recognition from top labels worldwide, including Mood Funk Records, Nervous Records, and King Street Sounds, among others.

In addition to his success as a musician, Akeem serves as A&R and In-House Producer for DU Records, a French record label. With upcoming releases on labels like Kokolores Records and DiscoBox Records, Akeem continues to push the boundaries of electronic music and make a lasting impact in the industry.
