DJ MISS DEE

Born in the vibrant landscapes of France, she cultivated a profound connection to music from an early age, immersing herself in diverse genres that would shape her eclectic taste. Her journey with music began through dance, a rhythm that continues to resonate through every facet of her life. Later, she embraced the art of deejaying, solidifying her passion for music.

Fueled by her love for both music and sport, she seamlessly merged her interests into a dynamic career in the fitness industry. In her classes, the pulsating beats of Michael Jackson, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, and Chaka Khan became the heartbeat, creating an immersive experience for her audience. Influenced by the soulful vibes of Old School Black Music, she took her first steps as a DJ in 2002, igniting the decks with the soulful sounds of R&B at the Caffe del Rio bar in Viana do Castelo.

For two enriching years as a resident DJ, she shared the stage with prominent Portuguese and international names, including Overule, Pasta, Martinez Brothers, and Miguel Migs. Evolving her musical palette, she delved into the realms of house and soulful house music, crafting a free-flowing style that mirrors her journey and fills her soul.

Having left her mark in renowned clubs like Vaticano, Off, Azenha Club, Box, and Off, she found a home as a resident DJ at Mantra in Porto. Her stint with React Produção, a music agency, saw her touring the country, leaving an indelible musical impression.

A new chapter unfolded when a professional opportunity beckoned her to Angola. Carrying her passion for music, she joined Listensound, captivating audiences in venues like Elinga, Seven, Bay In, Switch, Caribbean, Miami, Greenfit, Nautilus, and Fortaleza in Benguela. A pivotal role in the Chillout group led to her residency at Champanheria every Friday, further expanding her musical presence.

Venturing into music production, she made her mark with an edit of Whitney Houston's "It's Not Right," marking her debut in the world of music creation. Currently calling Luanda home, she has realized significant dreams in her musical career, participating in major events such as Redbull with Black Coffee, Nocal Music On, Music Box, House Is Life, and more. Her journey continues to be a testament to her unwavering dedication and passion for the transformative power of music.
