Hailing from Kazakhstan, Fapples consists of 2 people, Alexander and Stephen, and they began producing together in 2009. Their style is deep and tech house with a love of smooth and clear basslines and polished smooth rhythms. They have had previous releases on acclaimed deep house labels such as Plastic City, Royal Tracks and Room 69. They take their influences from producers such as Format B, Maceo Plex, Kellerkind, Hot Since 82 and the late Martin Dawson.

Track 1 is A Bit Of Life. With a cool plucked guitar intro this develops into a smooth bassline groove that just takes you away. The vocal is beautiful, the atmospherics of the track are lush and keep this track with lots of feeling. The synths are elegant sounding and each one drops just at the right time to give this track an excellent flow.
Track 2 is Take Me Down, which is a deep house track. With smooth beats this has a more bouncy grooving bassline, that's equally good for the dance floor and listening. The tracks simpleness is key in this track and its groove just flows in waves over you.
